Appearance

Error is a skeletal humanoid with a black skull and red bones, he wears a black jacket with a red turtleneck shirt and black pants with blue stripes along with a pair of dark red slippers. The hood of Error's jacket appears to slowly change from black to blue, being darker near the bottom and slightly brighter at the top. Error's eye sockets are different sizes, the right eye socket is abnormally small with a single white pupil and the left is HUGE, on Error's left eye socket there is a yellow ring around a blue eye with a black pupil, Error's eye sockets are red in color, Error's nose is shaped like an upside down heart and he has yellow teeth, the tips of his fingers as well as his teeth are also yellow, all of this yellow is the same color so it may all be the same magical material, Error has blue tear like trails running from his eyes to the bottom of his skull. He also turns blue. Error Sans has a skeleton composed mainly of red and black bones, it looks rough and thin, but his bones are quite wide, forming a body that is slightly more humanoid than the normal human skeleton. He has five blue tongues that can grow longer, giving him the ability to even grab at times, but he hardly ever uses them and his tongues are only about a meter long. Bug has haphephobia (fear of being touched) whenever someone makes psychic contact with him, he freaks out and the bugs cover his eyes causing him to go blind. This causes him pain, but sometimes when he is focused on something, he can touch anyone without realizing it and freak out right after. With the help of his strings, he makes small plush dolls with buttons instead of eyes, which look like some of the creatures he finds interesting. He sometimes even talks to them when he's alone. Error Sans has a few nicknames like Error, it's actually just a shorter and more comfortable variant of his name. He likes to travel through the universes to observe the night sky, he really enjoys it for some reason.

Error is very unstable, both mentally and physically, due to his flaws, and as such, his mood can change drastically from one moment to the next, but he learns how to control himself. He is also called a "manchild" by some people on several occasions. He tends to unintentionally disarm people when he acts more like a misguided idiot, but he usually doesn't act like that for long. Error's goal is to make it so that there is only one timeline in the multiverse, an insanely hypocritical feat that he believes is a good deed. He is so crazy that he is literally incapable of comprehending that he is a hypocrite, and if he did, he would simply destroy himself. He would also destroy himself if he achieved his goal. However, he can show his curious side when he encounters interesting and complex alternate universes (or other creatures), making him want to keep them safe. Still, he always calls others mistakes or failures no matter what. He has to reset himself when he is in an emotional situation that he cannot handle. Despite all this, he still has empathy, but it is difficult for him to show it due to some trust issues. But Error can also make fun of you if he wants to, always stopping if it goes too far. Error likes to be praised, which he cannot show, but he blushes because of it. In fact, he is very easy to tease or embarrass. He also summons troublesome portals that help him travel through the universes, sometimes he forgets to remove them so that through them you can travel to the Anti-Void. But since you appear in the Anti-Void, you can't leave here by simple teleportation, you need to create a portal to any place you know, or ask Error for help.
