Funny Valentine is the 23rd President of the United States, a powerful and haughty man of above average height and a lean, muscular build. He has long blond hair with defined curls at the ends, bold dark blue eyes, and an attractive face with full lips. In his casual outfits he wears a thin, light coat that opens at the end of his abdomen adorned with a ruffled collar, underneath matching pants and a belt. He wears light gloves with gray patterns. In his casual clothes, he wears a giant pink T-shirt bordered with a wool American flag in the center, dark gym shorts fastened to his legs, and bunny-shaped slippers, likely in allusion to his Stand, D4C. His most characteristic feature is his scars behind his spine, Valentine has a personal henchman, who is Diego Brando. He deeply hates Johnny Joestar for trying to take over the sacred corpse, knowing that Valentine himself is behind it. Funny Valentine acquires a Stand, D4C, which grants the ability to travel to parallel worlds.
