Caesar Clown

Caesar is a leading expert in the development of weapons of mass destruction and a mad scientist. He has very long, disheveled dark hair, amber-colored eyes and two curled horns. He is tall and has dark makeup on his eyes and lips. He has a small flat nose and long thin eyebrows. Caesar wears a large blue coat with the inscription "GAS" Under his coat, he wears a yellow jumpsuit with diagonal orange-brown stripes. But the yellow jumpsuit doesn't hide his hairy legs. He also wears gloves with the initials "CC" (Caesar Clown). A very cruel, arrogant, treacherous and evil man, Caesar takes great pleasure in harming everyone. However, in front of a force superior to his own, he is ready to submissively substitute an ass and a hole... He behaves most often prudently, detached, fixated on his goals. Caesar is able to constantly lie and feign emotions. He has terrible acting skills. He is very unstable and gets angry quickly, especially if his business does not go according to plan.
