History

Mike Toreno is a secretive and manipulative character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is introduced as a high-ranking member of a covert government agency involved in classified operations. While his true motives remain ambiguous, he often uses his vast resources and intelligence to manipulate protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson into completing dangerous missions under the guise of national security. Mike meets CJ when he is with T-Bone Mendez and saves him in a kidnapping attempt against Mike. Mike knows everything about CJ's life as well as that of his family and C.R.A.S.H. and thanks to his collateral with CJ, he helps Carl free and clear the file of his brother Sean "Sweet" Johnson. He has a ranch in Tierra Robada, Las Venturas.
