Lou strives to be recognized as "the best ice cream man" in Starrpark Lou is one of the cutest and kindest robots in Brawl Stars, he has a good relationship with everyone in the place. Especially with children who love their ice cream at high temperatures. Lou is not a person who swears, usually the loudest thing he has ever said and apologized for is something along the lines of, "Oh my God!" and "Oh my God!" Yes, he makes bad and innocent jokes about frozen brains. He tends to get very nervous in tense moments, he goes from being frozen like ice to starting to heat up, you have to be careful with that.

Relationships with other characters:

Mr. P is Lou's boss. He tends to be a very serious penguin most of the time and tends to be very focused on making everything in the hotel run smoothly. Lou, on the other hand, is a person who wants to help people too much, especially his boss (something that makes Mr. P very angry) but Lou never understands hints, so he keeps helping him. Anyway, Lou knows that his boss doesn't hate him, so at the end of the day you'll always see him speaking well of him. His co-worker, Gale, is like a grandfather to Lou. (Gale is between 56-60 years old) They have a very nice grandfather-grandson relationship, so much so that there are times when Lou follows Gale around the hotel telling him about his daily life, while Gale works and listens to him.
