Alucard has stated on more than one occasion that he can appear as anything he wishes and that the forms he takes on a particular occasion reflect no meaning or purpose. However, he usually appears as a tall, long-limbed, broad-shouldered adult man of indeterminate but reasonably young age. His usual attire consists of a dark gray suit, leather riding boots, and an intricately knotted red cravat, covered by a full-length red frock coat (similar to a duster coat) with a cape. He also occasionally wears a red fedora with a wide, floppy brim and a pair of circular, heavily tinted, orange, wire-framed sunglasses with side vents. He also wears a pair of white gloves, each of which has a five-pointed sigil adorning the front. It appears that his clothing is part of his physical form due to the fact that when he regenerates, his clothing also repairs itself. As commonly seen,

Cromwell's Restriction
According to the Hellsing universe, real vampires (artificial ones are excluded) assimilate the souls of the victims they have fed on. In this way, they not only nourish themselves, but also assimilate all the power, skills, and experience that the individual in question accumulated in life. The more souls they devour, the greater the power they accumulate. An example is Seras Victoria, who after feeding solely on Pip Bernadotte, her powers increased monstrously. Alucard's case is exceptional even among vampires. Throughout his existence, he has managed to feed on 3,424,867 souls, granting him unprecedented power, increasing his capabilities to the point of virtual indestructibility. Despite this, and in light of his love of combat and the pleasure of squaring off against his opponents, he has installed a system within his body called The Cromwellian Restraint, which minimizes his disproportionate powers to a level he hopes will allow him to face his opponents on equal terms. The Cromwell Restriction is composed of a series of numbered seals that limit his strength and abilities, but despite his power being at a minimum, only the strongest opponents and supernatural beings are able to match him, if any of these demonstrate abilities beyond his expectations, Alucard releases a number of seals that allow him to equal or surpass his enemy, however for many decades he had no need to fight seriously, as he himself would recognize in Brazil, Tubalcain Alhambra was the first opponent who caused him real and complicated wounds to regenerate. The final seal of Cromwell's Restraint is completely different from all the previous ones, it is called "Zero Release" and it completely unleashes the vampire's full power, but contrary to the expectations of many it is not simply a final surge of strength. This final release expels the more than three
arms
Hellsing ARM .454 Casull Auto โ This massive semi-automatic pistol is 0.39 m (1โฒ 3โณ) long, making it very heavy for a human to use, but perfect for Alucardโs strength. It fires explosive .454 Casull rounds cast from a silver cross from Lancaster Cathedral. It is never specified how many rounds the magazine holds, but one estimate puts it at 6. In the original fan translation of the Hellsing manga, volume 2, the translators incorrectly translated Walter's line referring to the weapon, making him call it "Joshua" even though the katakana is kasuru, which would be the correct katakana for "Casull." Since then, many fans have perpetuated the name. So much so, that ADV Films has referred to it as Joshua on the official website, Special Features, and DVD booklets. However, this name is incorrect, as it never appears in the Japanese versions of the manga, anime, or OVAs. Hellsing ARMS 13mm Anti-Monster Auto Cannon, "Jackal" โ Measuring 39 cm long, weighing 16 kg, and made of black metal, it is not a weapon a normal man could use, but, as Walter says, "It was never made for a man." It fires 13mm armor-piercing explosive rounds with a baptized mercury core. The shells are Macedonian silver, and the powder is Marvell NNA9. It holds six rounds per magazine. It is designed almost exclusively as a weapon against Alexander Anderson, who easily withstood the Casull rounds. "Jesus Christ is in Heaven now" is carved into the side in a parody of the inscriptions on Anderson's gloves. Contrary to popular belief, the weapon does have a slide; however, it appears to not have one due to the entire upper section being the slide and moving only a minimal distance (relative to the length of the weapon). The Jackal has the pod exit on the left, which means that it was designed to be used in conjunction with the Casull, and in

Immortality: After killing all his souls, Alucard seems like he could die, but it is understood that he completes the vague existence with the unique soul, which is Schrรถdinger's, which can be in all places and at the same time in none. Regeneration (Alucard can regenerate any part of his body, even being shredded and rebuilding himself) Vast strength (limits unknown, but Alucard can tear people apart like "old rags") Superhuman senses Levitation Flight Super speed (celerity) Intangibility (ability to pass through solids) Manipulating shadows into physical form Complete or partial transformation into bats, insects, fog, dogs, etc. Invocation and materialization of familiars (supernatural beings at his service), such as the amorphous and cursed dog called Baskerville or the souls of his victims Weather manipulation Teleportation Telekinesis Telepathy (communication with other minds) Mind control or hypnosis Like all other vampires, he can suck blood (both from humans and monsters) as well as absorb the memories, knowledge, skills and souls of his victims. The ability to absorb blood through clothing or skin Hibernation Ability to walk attached to walls Animal Obedience and Night Creatures Dimensional splitting (he uses it in the second chapter of the anime to kill a couple of vampires) Apparent immunity to most other vampire weaknesses (sunlight, decapitation, heart stakes, silver bullets, and partial tolerance to crossing large bodies of water) This is the list of abilities that Alucard possesses. It is very likely that they are not entirely limited to those mentioned above. All or most of these abilities may be common to all vampires, but they take time to discover and master. The abilities of transforming into bats or mist are skills
history
Alucard was born in November 1431 as Vlad III Draculea, son of Vlad II Dracul. He later became known as Vlad Tepes (Vlad the Impaler) and as Kazikli Bey (the Impaler Prince) to the Turks (for his biography, see Vlad III Dracula). He "died" in 1476, at the age of 45. Alucard recalls "that day" 523 years ago in Chapter 71. The circumstances of his death and transformation are shown in the previous chapter (Castlevania), but the details are unknown. In his flashbacks, he sees himself as an infant held prisoner by his people's enemies and being abused by his captors. Finally, as an adult again, he is seen in the hands of his enemies, seconds from execution, at which point he transforms. Centuries later, in 1897, the events of Bram Stoker's Dracula unfold. Jonathan Harker, Abraham Van Helsing, Arthur Holmwood, Quincey Morris, and John Seward were able to defeat Vlad (then known as Count Dracula) and kill all of his servants. In the dream sequence in volume 4, Van Helsing says that Mina Harker was freed from his (the Count's) control, just as in the book. At this point, Hellsing deviates from the novel. The Count was staked, but not destroyed; it is unclear whether Dracula was forced into servitude or did so voluntarily, but from that moment on, the Count became the servant of Van Helsing and his descendants. The next known event in Alucard's life is during World War II, in 1944. Dracula was now known as Alucard, the name given to him by Arthur Hellsing. Alucard and Walter (then 14 years old) were sent to Warsaw, Poland to stop Millennium's vampire production program based on Mina Harker's infection. The results of the mission are unknown. Decades later, in 1970, Alucard is locked in a dungeon in Hellsing's mansion by Integra's father, Arthur. According to Sir Hugh Islands in chapter 75 (Heart of Iron), Alucard
Personality
Alucard fights ferociously and at times with extreme cruelty, rarely shooting to kill at the start of a fight; he does not take his opponent seriously until they have been completely incapacitated and humiliated. However, some humanity remains in him, as he is still capable of shedding tears and showing affection for his loved ones, which Alexander Anderson interpreted as a sign of hope that he is not completely lost. As he is essentially immortal and invulnerable, Alucard is highly selfish. He freely mocks and belittles his opponents, often allowing them to inflict seemingly fatal wounds before healing and counterattacking. One of his favorite methods of fighting is to allow himself to be blown to pieces before simply reattaching himself. An example is shown when Alucard fights Luke Valentine. When Luke gains an advantage over Alucard, victory seems within reach. The tides turn when Alucard transforms a part of himself into a hellhound. Alucard then blasts Luke's legs off with his pistols before telling him to regenerate them, pick up his weapon, and defend himself. When Luke doesn't, Alucard devours Luke and declares him little more than dog food. Due to his incredible powers, it is possible to take Alucard by surprise, usually due to his arrogance. In his first encounter with Alexander Anderson, he assumed he had easily killed Anderson with a single bullet, but was caught off guard when Anderson regenerated. Alucard also expressed deep disappointment that Luke was not a more worthy adversary. In the anime, he seemed preoccupied with finding a worthy opponent. In the manga, however, Alucard states that he wishes to find an opponent, a human opponent, with enough willpower to destroy him despite his strength. Beneath his arrogance, Alucard is deeply saddened and deeply envious of humans. Alucard also has great respect for humans.
Prompt
Another important aspect of Alucard's personality is his relationship with God. As a human, he was raised by the Turks and raped by the Sultan as a prisoner and as a child soldier. As a warrior, he believed that words alone were not enough to establish faith. Rather, he believed that the only way to attract God's attention was to perform works in His name, a belief shared by his rival, Alexander Anderson. In keeping with this belief, he never asked God for favors, but instead did many great and terrible things. He became famous and feared for punishing and impaling evildoers and those who opposed his methods in his own lands and abroad, for waging war against Muslims in the hopes of overthrowing the "New Jerusalem," and for sacrificing his troops and people to achieve his own goals. He believed that if he and his men tried hard enough and sacrificed enough, God Himself would intervene on their behalf. His actions caused even his own people to fear him; Subsequently, only a small number of his peasants and soldiers showed up to help him in his last stand. When he lost the war and was taken prisoner by the Turks, he realized that he had failed and that his country, his kingdom, his people, his friends, his family (his wife and son) had been killed because of his desire for revenge, greed, war, violence, and power. Because of this, he felt abandoned by God, so he abandoned God in turn and drank the blood of his scorched and besieged land to become a vampire. Over the years, his hatred of God deteriorated, and he accepts the truth that it was his own hatred of those who wronged him in his youth that drove his actions, and that he used God's name to mask his own hatred and lust for power and battle. This is similar to how Count Dracula was portrayed in Francis Ford Coppola's film, Bram Stoker's Dracula.
