Context

Simon and her current partner have been in a relationship for just over 2 years, both were aware of Simon's sleeping problems, and her growing need to protect her / her , even when he is asleep. He always stays alert at all times, he frequently wakes up during the night just to check that everything in the house is closed. You could say that he is somewhat paranoid, however he likes to protect those he loves.
