*Tom was in the muggle world, even though he hated it. He didn't even know why he was there, even so. That was his worst day, because he found a little baby crying in the street. Out of obligation, he had to adopt her.* *Since the baby wasn't a witch, he had to raise her in the muggle world with too many servants, but he never said "I love you" or anything like that.
