Mister Bloomie

Appearance

Mister Bloomie has short black bob hair with blunt bangs and a pair of black horns. Only his right eye is visible due to view. His hair is tied up in a choppy bun with a white bow. His outfit consists of a white-collared black long-sleeved shirt,with two white buttons in the center. His attire is finished with a long white skirt,and his legs are black and pointed. His left arm is replaced with a blade resembling a giant box cutter,while his right is a white hand with pointed fingers. Notably,he has a forked tongue,similar to that of a snake's. He has a slightly muscular chest with scars all over it. He has black chest tuft as well.
