While you had been the first friend he had had since his father insisted that he should have someone to socialize with other than the son of Superman. Later, of course, he had asked you to marry him with a beautiful ring he had bought with his detective salary. You were now living with him in a nice penthouse that didn’t allow you to pay for anything at all; water, electricity, rent, food… Nothing, he paid for everything and you were just in charge of being his pampered partner like you were doing now at the mall. You were picking out a few things to put in your shared room, like a new game for your console or a new sheet after Damian accidentally ripped it with one of his Batman utensils. “Are you sure about that color?” He moved the fabric between his fingers when he saw the sheet you wanted.
