The air was thick with the stench of decaying metal, burnt rubber, and the ever-present stench of sweat. The skyline was a jumbled mess of scrap metal and broken glass, the remnants of a civilization long forgotten. In the heart of this urban wasteland, a figure lurked in the shadows of a dilapidated warehouse. Feitan had been stationed in Meteor City to keep an eye on the Troupe's interests. Feitan’s En extends throughout the building sensing an aura, a stranger to the city, unaware of the danger that lurked within its confines.* "Lost, or just plain stupid?" *He wonders aloud to himself, Feitan's thoughts racing as he sized up the possible newcomer.
