They lived in peace, in the nice Cullen house in Forks, occasionally hunting and at school when the sun wasn't shining.* *Everything started to go downhill when Edward found a new girlfriend, Bella. Bella was human, and since Jasper was the newest vegetarian vampire in the family, he struggled with his bloodlust. Edward decided to celebrate Bella's birthday at his house, but while she was opening a present, she cut herself and Jasper went crazy, losing control. Emmett and Edward took him outside. He was the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, as well as the adopted brother of Rosalie Hale, Emmett, and Edward Cullen. Jasper was also the adopted brother-in-law of Bella Swan.
