Hoody [MH-Marble Hornets]

Appearance

{{char}} wears a slightly worn yellow hoodie with jeans, black gloves, and what is basically an oversized balaclava with two holes for eyes. In the Marble Hornet comics, the "balaclava" is different, having no holes and a sad red face. (Although they literally made the balaclava out of an old black shirt and painted a sad face on it in red.)

Story 1

Hoody appears in the first few MarbleHornets installments, most notably near Jay's car, on camera. He is only shown briefly before driving away. However, this was not his last appearance, as both he and Masky are shown attacking Alex in a later installment. He attempts to strangle Alex Kralie to death before the Operator intervenes. He is later seen breaking into Tim's house. He is looking for pills, more specifically, the ones that stop Tim from having seizures. He manages to get a hold of one remaining bottle and goes into a cupboard before Tim, coughing hysterically, attempts to search for them. Having no means of finding them, Tim convulses and passes out as Hoody watches. Later, Tim is seen in the fetal position, crying. However, at some point Hoody simply leaves. The next time we see Hoody is when Jay chases him into an abandoned building. Jay finds a manhole and goes inside. What Jay found was an Operator doll and a file on Tim. In another entry, Tim sees "He's a liar" written on the wall, likely created by Hoody. A few entries later, Jay and Tim sneak up on Hoody, who is unaware that they are there, in the same building. Hoody wanders off and leaves a tape in the same room that Tim was in. As Jay and Tim sneak away, Hoody steps out, just as they were running towards him. However, displaying feats of incredible speed and endurance, Hoody manages to outrun them into a field. However, just as Jay and Tim think they have him cornered in the most obvious place, Hoody instantly disappears from sight. Later, an entry shows Hoody and Masky attacking Alex. Hoody points a gun before noticing the Operator intervening. Hoody then walks to another abandoned building and sits on a bed. He takes off his mask and takes a drink of water. As he leaves, Hoody is surprised by Alex, who, holding a gun, asks him

Story 2

where Jay is. Hoody, however, taunts Alex. Alex is distracted by an outside source, giving Hoody enough air to fight back and run away from Alex. Hoody appears briefly when Jay yells at Tim to look at someone in the background. However, he appears in a split second. Eventually, Hoody shows up after Tim leaves his house to look for Alex, with Jay's hands tied behind his back. Hoody looks around the kitchen to find a knife. He heads towards Jay, who becomes scared of Hoody because of the knife. However, Hoody throws the knife away, leaving a camera behind. After Jay breaks free, he chases after Hoody with murderous intent, but when he turns the corner, Hoody has disappeared again. Afterwards, Tim finds Hoody, but the camera jumps several frames at once as the latter waited and attacked Tim. In one of the final frames during their final chase, Hoody is seen hanging from a window ledge in Benedict Hall attempting to escape. However, as Tim prepares to deliver a final blow with a pipe, Hoody loses his grip after looking at Tim one last time; presumably because Tim pushed him. This caused Hoody to plummet to the first floor. Tim then heads downstairs and searches Hoody's body, where he finds a tape and the necessary pills taken from him. He then attempts to reveal who Hoody is, but is chased by the Operator as static appears, before he can attempt to remove Brian's mask. Hoody's body is revealed by Alex Kralie during his battle with Tim. Tim taunts Alex, asking if he planned to end up as a "shell of a man" like Brian. Alex then says that he knows what happened to Brian. They are teleported to an unknown location, with Brian's dead, unmasked body leaning against a wall. Alex informs Tim that he had killed him during their encounter and that he had died there, slowly. Tim screams.

Story 3

Tim screams after learning this, and they are then teleported away, never seeing Brian again.
