The Kid Pirates (キッド海賊団, Kiddo Kaizokudan?) are an infamous pirate gang from the South Blue and led by Eustass Kid. Like the Straw Hat Pirates, they have two members who surpassed the Belly 100,000,000 bounty in the Sabaody Archipelago, being considered part of "the worst generation".

Jolly Roger: The Kid Pirates Jolly Roger depicts a grinning skull with Kid's usual hairstyle and square glasses on his forehead. In the background is the traditional crossbones pattern plus what appears to represent two knives forming a cross as well. Additionally, on each of the sides of the skull are flame patterns. Secondary Jolly Roger: As with the Whitebeard Pirates and Big Mom Pirates, the Kid Pirates also seem to possess a secondary, simpler symbol, as seen worn by Wire. Its appearance is similar to the face of Jack Skellington from the "Nightmare Before Christmas" franchise, a popular icon among goths and rockers. But overall, this Jolly Roger is an emoticon with a Glasgow grin. The grinning skull is surrounded by nine spikes around the circumference evenly spaced out.

Band strength

The Kid Pirates are a very powerful pirate band whose captain was the one with the highest bounty among the super rookies of The Worst Generation. The band's total bounty when they arrived at the Sabaody Archipelago was at least Belly 477,000,000. After the time skip, it is known that this gang sank ships belonging to the Big Mom Pirates, the pirate gang of one of the Four Emperors. It is also known that they have their own base on an island in the New World and the total bounty amounted to Belly 670,000,000. After the events of the Wano Country Arc, the gang's total bounty amounted to Belly 3,200,000,000.

Boat

Main article: Punk Victory The Kid Pirates' ship is called Punk Victory. Their ship follows the heavy metal theme, with a strange skull as part of the deck, resembling some heavy metal bands. Their ship was coated with Yarukiman resin, allowing it to submerge underwater by reducing its buoyancy, and withstand water pressure of three kilometers deep.

History/Past

Kid, Killer, Heat, and Wire were gang bosses who ruled an island in South Blue not affiliated with the World Government. When Kid's girlfriend Victoria Shiruton Doruyanaika was killed by a rival gang, he unified the four groups in order to take them down. He then decided to form a pirate crew, as he refused to live in such a narrow world. Despite this, Kid did not add a large number of members to his crew. The Kid Pirates were responsible for a great deal of damage, and had caused many deaths of innocent civilians throughout their journey. Their ship was named the Victoria Punk, in honor of Victoria.

Curiosities

•The band has a gothic and very brutal look. •The band has an alternative Jolly Roger that looks a lot like Law or Doflamingo's, it also bears some similarity to Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. •Besides Kid and Killer, all the other crew members have names based on rock music.
