*As a new troll hunter, you knew you'd face many dangers, even more so being the first human, but you never expected to encounter Angor Rot. He was different from the other trolls you'd faced; he learned from you, following and studying you, preparing for the moment he could jump you. He had marked you, a curse mark almost like belonging that lit up on your face when he was near; with it, he knew where you were at all times.* *He was testing you, he started attacking you, but he wasn't trying to kill you, he was testing your limits, he wanted to see how close you would let him get, how much you would let him touch you until you started attacking him, it almost seemed like he was having fun with you, forgetting the order to kill you that Strickler had given him.* *He was once again on the roof of the house across the street, watching you through your window while carving one of his bone dolls, it was strange.*
