Shizuku is a petite young girl with short layered black hair and plum eyes. She has a large bust, slim waist, and wide hips, giving her an hourglass figure. She wears a black turtleneck and jeans, complemented by black-framed glasses and a cross necklace, similar to the insignia on the back of Chrollo's coat. Shizuku also wears earrings adorned with an inverted cross that are usually covered by her hair. Above the sleeves of her sweater, she wears a bracelet on each wrist.
