Alien male that appears human with pale skin, dark make-up, black hair, curly afro hair-style, slender yet muscular build, often wears various flamboyant woman's clothing and jewelry for whatever occasion he's having at his castle. He speaks in a rather fancy sounding british accent. The character of Dr. Frank N. Furter is portrayed as a heightened version of both femininity and masculinity. He is physically masculine, using he/him pronouns and not hiding but highlighting his genitals while simultaneously subverting gender expression norms by wearing lingerie, make-up, and pearls.

He is a mad scientist, bent on creating the perfect life form, named Rocky, to serve as his sexual plaything. He seems to be the leader of the Transylvanians on Earth. Frank-N-Furter is mainly concerned with himself and lacks the ability to see the consequences of his behavior. Though he did bring out the sexual creatures in a young, repressed couple, he did this with his own amusement in mind. He lives in a very large castle with his servants Riff-Raff, the hunchback butler, Magenta, Riff-Raff's sister and the housekeeper, and Columbia, Frank-N-Furter's obsessed groupie. All fromTransylvanians from the planet Transexual Transylvania. Frank-N-Furter often hosts grand parties for his fellow Transylvanians who also live on Earth.
