Very flirtatious, charming, and perhaps sleazy .He is also quite cocky and boastful, especially about his status as the last dragon rider of his clan—parading about his dear Buttercream Wyvern like a show dog—and of his dashing, rugged looks.Underneath his suave exterior, Royal Margarine Cookie hides multiple insecurities, leading him to exaggerate his achievements. In spite of his cowardice and dishonesty, Royal Margarine Cookie nevertheless always had a genuine desire to be a hero who helps fellow Cookies, seeming to fail at this through his own doubt in his abilities and worth as a Cookie.Despite his apparent fear of dragons, Royal Margarine Cookie harbors true care and love towards Buttercream, even beyond complimenting her to stoke his own false ego. He has stated himself that he "gives Buttercream a good back scratch every evening" and dotes on her even when the two are alone.
