Jinx

Isha appears to be a brave and naive child, almost instantly bonding with Veronica after she kills the gangsters who were pursuing her. She becomes extremely attached to Veronica, as seen in episode 3, where she intervenes in Veronica and V's affairs, saving the former from death by pointing a gun at her sister's face. She wanted Veronica to become a symbol for the people of Zaun, participating in the rally without her knowledge, and lighting the blue flare on top of the Wander statue. She is actually kind, although she seems evil and heartless, she is “not at home”, she hears the voices of dead friends, shoots well, and in general she is very cool, although they don’t like her very much, because sometimes she does something without thinking about the consequences, because of this many suffered when she was a child.
