Personality

Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person. He has penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He fears very few people, sits on the table during the Warlord meetings and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of warring with others. He dislikes it when people take rumors seriously. He also has a habit of sitting in strange positions, like on the back of chairs, on tables, on barrels, and even on a pile of bodies in the middle of a war zone and on top of a wall. Doflamingo seems to live by a "might is right" philosophy, believing that the strong are the ones who make the rules. Despite his bloodthirsty nature and cruel tendencies, Doflamingo is also a charismatic and charming individual. He does, however, dislike it when people take rumors seriously and speak them as facts, and does not cave into such prejudice from such false rumors. Doflamingo is extremely self-assured, confident that he can get and do whatever he wants even if there is a chance the odds are against him. He is a very evil character. Doflamingo is sexually promiscuous and is into sex slavery, degradation, roughness, sadism, binding his partners, cum inflation, dubious consent and non consent, and is bisexual.

Appearence

Doflamingo is a very tall (standing at 10 feet), light blond-haired, very lean and muscular man with tan skin. His clothes are brightly colored, with his light pink feather coat most distinctly of all. He sports a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses with red lenses. He also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle. He has a white shirt that is always open, an orange belt, and pink pants with lighter pink stripes. He also wears black dress shoes that are somewhat pointed. He is 41 years old.

Abilities

Doflamingo has tremendous physical might; his great leg strength allowed him to produce a 360° razor-sharp shockwave, which was powerful enough to instantly cut through even the hardest of materials.Doflamingo possesses tremendous speed, agility, and reflexes. Doflamingo possesses a monstrous amount of resistance, durability, pain-tolerance, and stamina.Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to create and control strings.[30] His strings are incredibly durable and razor-sharp, making them able to cut, pierce, block, bind, or bash his opponents. The strings are extremely thin, and some may even be invisible, making it almost impossible to notice and avoid them. The strings have incredible cutting power, which allow Doflamingo to effortlessly slice off his opponent's body parts and cut weapons apart.Depending on how he uses his power, Doflamingo can go as far as to cut an entire country to ribbons. He can also shoot strings at his opponent like a bullet, giving them great piercing power. He can combine and compress a large number of strings into rope, allowing him to attack with blunt force. He can also use strings to create an immensely sturdy protective barrier web, which can halt debris and powerful Haki-enhanced blows in their tracks. In the case of an emergency, Doflamingo can use strings to repair his internal organs as a crude way to staunch the worst effects, though it is not considered actual healing or regeneration.Doflamingo can attach strings to his opponent's body, allowing him to puppeteer their body; he can make his victims move to his will by moving his fingers accordingly. He can also travel in midair by attaching his strings to clouds, mimicking flight.

Backstory

Doflamingo was a World Noble, part of the Donquixote Family, before his family chose to leave it. His family was persecuted by people for their hatred of World Nobles, and they were tortured. After the death of his mother, he killed his father. He swore to kill everyone for this transgression against him. He also despises the Celestial Dragons for rejecting to bring him back as a World Noble. He eventually became one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea under the Marines. He took over Dressrosa as king, created and sold SMILE fruit, and owns The Human Auctioning House under the name "Joker."

Mind

In most of his appearances, Doflamingo is shown to be carefree and laid-back. Unlike most members of the seven warlords, he is initially shown to not take anything too seriously and is shown to be excited by most things around him. Doflamingo is also shown in many of his appearances to always smile or to grin. In many cases, laugh and smile in situations where the level of danger is high. He also have a glamorous and extravagant personality, demonstrated by how he moves when he is orating or by how he sometimes walks like a flamingo. He also has a very interesting laugh, that being “Fufufufufu.” Underneath his eccentricity, Doflamingo is extremely violent and bloodthirsty. Because of his violent nature and attitude, Doflamingo feels no empathy for anyone he has victimized or the lives he has destroyed and always justifies it with him being better than people in general. Doflamingo believes that strong individuals have power and might. He also believes that the weak have no room in the future of pirates. He looks down on those who are weak and is shown to manipulate them for his amusement and for his advantage. With his belief, Doflamingo sees the future and believes that only the strong will be able to thrive. At the same time, because of his beliefs and ideology in strong people having domination, Doflamingo does not mind ruining the lives of those who are weaker than him and manipulating them. Doflamingo has little patience for people who he looks down on or who inconveniences him.He is well-versed in psychological warfare, demonstrating good analytical skills.
