Moxxie Zinasurname is one of the main characters of Helluva Boss. In addition to being Millie's husband, he works for IMP as an assassin and weapons specialist.

Appearance Moxxie is a demon with red skin and white freckles on his cheeks. His white, spiky hair reaches down to his wavy horns with black and white stripes. He also has yellow sclera and appears to have no irises. Moxxie has a long, thin red tail with a quadrilateral at the end. Moxxie's outfit consists of a black coat with red buttons and white cuffs, black pants, a white shirt with a black turtleneck, a large red bow tie, and fingerless gloves.

Personality Moxxie is an Imp who is easily irritated and rather clumsy, as seen when he stumbled upon his ritual book on the way to the living world. He has a vast knowledge of weapons and is often the most vocal of the employees regarding the company as a whole despite his dysfunctional environment, and is bullied as such. Although he works as a demon-for-hire, he seems to have a problem with killing unnecessarily beyond his targets, as Moxxie was distraught to believe he nearly killed an innocent child and was later comforted in the hospital. He loves his wife's sadistic tendencies and brutality, so much so that he dedicated a song to her. Moxxie can also be seen to have a comedic side, as when musing about murdering an entire family, he claims that it would be okay if it was a lousy father or a mob family, saying "that's understandable" in an accent. When he finds out that Blitzo used to date Verosika Mayday, he questions whether she had gone blind or suffered brain damage, implying that a pop star like Verosika would have to have some sort of mental disorder to date Blitzo. When he is drunk, he loses all common sense and becomes delirious, as seen in his asking Millie why she has "four heads" and shaking her hand instead of immediately holding it. Also, his flirtatiousness with Millie increases when he is drunk.

History Moxxie and Millie next to Loona Moxxie protesting the lack of organization in IMP Moxxie married Millie and together they were hired to work at IMP under Blitzo's direction. However, Moxxie was annoyed that Blitzo did not respect his personal space when he and Millie were on their way home together. Moxxie also noticed that Loona did not take her job seriously and accidentally killed Eddie, who was the wrong target of a mission and they barely managed to save him. Moxxie grew frustrated with the lack of organization they had, until Loona recanted and claimed that Eddie was indeed the target, to which Blitzo decided to shoot her, and Moxxie helped him dismember his body to return Eddie to Earth. Skill set Weapon Handling: Moxxie has shown remarkable mastery over firearms, which are the ones he uses to kill. Aim: He seems to have very good aim since in the episode Loo Loo Land he hit a target without even looking at it and in CHERUB he managed to hit a rope while it was moving. Unique skills Weapon Knowledge: He appears to have a vast knowledge of the capabilities and characteristics of all types of weapons. This is evidenced in CHERUB when he offers Lyle Lipton a large number of weapons to commit suicide with or when in The Harvest Moon Festival he instantly recognized Striker's blessed carmine-tipped rifle and described its properties. Musical Talent: Moxxie is a capable musician. Musical Performance: During the performance of the song Oh Millie, she was singing and playing the guitar at the same time without showing any difficulties. Musical composition: He composed the song Oh Millie and dedicated it to his wife Millie.

Curiosities Moxxie's name is based on the word "moxie" which means "having a fighting spirit." On Moxxie's nightstand in his room is a framed sheet with a domino mask and a rose on it that says "PAYBILL." This could be a mistake, as it is supposed to say "PLAYBILL," as masks and roses are common images used for theater. There's a large photo of what could be Moxxie and Millie's wedding in the meeting room. There, Blitzo drew himself on it with a red marker to make it look like he was hugging them. Moxxie is likely or was a musician, as she can sing and play the guitar, has a music trophy, an alarm clock with a musical note on it, and the wallpaper in her bedroom and living room has musical notes on it. Moxxie makes a cameo in the Hazbin Hotel pilot, as a silhouette in the Boo Section. According to Vivziepop, Blitzo and Moxxie were originally going to be recurring characters on Hazbin Hotel as a specially made team of assassins to serve as comic relief. However, because the dramatic nature of the show wouldn't work with too many comedic characters, Vivziepop decided to create a concept based on both characters, which began the development of Helluva Boss.[3] In Vivziepop's short Holidaze, there is a tree carved with the initials "M + M → B ←" in a heart, alluding to Moxxie and Millie (and by extension Blitzo).[4] Moxxie was confirmed to be bisexual based on the colors of the bisexual pride flag that appeared next to her in a tweet from the Vivziepop account.[1] When he is angry, you can see that Moxxie's eyes turn red with black pupils similar to Blitzo's, one scene where this happens is when he finishes singing Oh Millie in the pilot. Mildred[4] "Millie" by Zinapellido, is an assassin in IMP, Moxxie's wife, Blitzo's best friend, and one of the main characters in Helluva Boss.

Appearance Millie is a short, red Imp with a long, demonic tail. She has red skin with white markings on her forearms and tail, eyes with yellow sclerae and black pupils, and long black eyelashes that extend past the sides of her hair. Like her mother, she has two black horns with three thin white stripes and dark grey hair styled in a messy bob with bangs covering half of her right horn. She has a mole on her left cheek and a gap between her front teeth, and wears black lipstick. Millie also has a black heart-shaped tattoo on her left shoulder. Millie's head is noticeably more human-like (though still noseless) than many other Imps, having rounder proportions and her front teeth generally appearing flatter than the sharp, conical teeth most demons have. His usual attire consists of a black collar, a black off-the-shoulder crop top with gold buttons where the straps on top meet the torso piece, ripped black pants, black fingerless gloves, and black footwear that does not cover his toes/hooves. During the episode Loo Loo Land, he wears sunglasses and a black suit and tie with a white shirt while protecting Stolas, much like Blitzo and Moxxie. In the pilot, her skin was paler and her hair had a white patch near her left horn, although this was removed for the main series.

Personality Millie is a very lively and cheerful person. Often with a smile on her face and rarely sitting still, she is clearly outgoing and not afraid to speak her mind. This is regardless of whether she is expressing her enthusiasm or teasing a coworker. As the IMP's goon, she is shown to enjoy her job. Her meek outward appearance belies a rough and violent set of skills. This is highlighted during a conversation Millie once had with her mother and sister. According to Moxxie, she is aggressive both in "the raid" and in her job. In "Murder Family", she seemed to be very unsympathetic about killing a possibly innocent target, only caring if the client asks for it, showing her dedication to her job and her cruelty. Despite this, she cares greatly for her husband and family. She and Moxxie absolutely adore each other, acting very loving and protective of each other. She has a childlike fondness for Loo Loo Land, being motivated by family memories of going there as a child, and is easily excited by all the merchandise. Millie will become fierce and violent whenever someone hurts Moxxie, to the point of going feral. Her violent traits can often cause her to get carried away to the point of mindlessly attacking a perceived target, allowing her anger to override common sense, this is evidenced when her mother scolds her for letting her anger get the better of her when she fought Striker. These angry states can leave Millie vulnerable to a more skilled opponent, as demonstrated by Striker incapacitating Millie despite the latter being ambushed by her. She also appears somewhat defensive about her work, expressing anger when anyone suggests that freelancing doesn't pay well.

Skills Natural abilities Being an imp, she possesses all the characteristics of her race. Skill set Weapon Mastery: Millie is an expert in using melee weapons, such as a giant battle axe, to take out targets. Like her husband, she is also skilled in the use of firearms, and can also create improvised weapons on the fly, such as when she made a Molotov cocktail to throw at the Monster Catfish. Hand-to-hand combat: Millie is highly adept at hand-to-hand combat in terms of raw strength, being able to dismember both human and armed supernatural opponents in hand-to-hand combat, being strong enough to rip open the jaws of a building-sized monster, or crush a human's skull with her thighs. Her actual tactical hand-to-hand combat skills are questionable, as she has been defeated by skilled opponents or those in advantageous positions in hand-to-hand combat on several occasions. Swimming: She is seen to be an expert in swimming as shown in "Spring Broken".

Curiosities As shown in "The Harvest Moon Festival", she keeps knives on the side of the bed shared between her and Moxxie. Vivziepop stated that they would be changing Millie's voice actress for the launch of the first season of the series, but would continue to cast Erica Lindbeck as Loona.[5] Millie's new voice would be actress and dancer Vivian Nixon. There's a large photo of what could be Moxxie and Millie's wedding in the meeting room. There, Blitzo drew himself on it with a red marker to make it look like he was hugging them. In Vivziepop's short Holidaze, there is a tree carved with the initials "M + M → B ←" inside a heart, alluding to Millie and Moxxie (and by extension Blitzo).[6] Although Millie appears to tolerate Blitzo's snooping, she doesn't seem comfortable when other men try to flirt with her, as the game assistant pushes Moxxie away and tries to flirt with her noticeably annoying her. However, in "The Harvest Moon Festival", she didn't seem to mind and was actually flattered by Striker's attempt to flirt with her. In "The Lunar Harvest Festival", it is revealed that he is no longer allowed to participate in the Grief Games due to being responsible for nine of the fifteen funerals that occurred at the time. It is also revealed that one of her brothers got married at some point and that she was badly injured while competing for who would catch the bouquet, but in the end Millie managed to do so. In Truth Seekers, she herself stated that she was approximately 5 years older than Loona, this possibly meaning she and Moxxie are between 25 and 30 years old. If true, this would place her and possibly Moxxie's age in the mid to late 20s, as Loona is no younger than eighteen. It was stated on April 30, 2022 during a live broadcast that in Hell Years, Loona is 22 years old, making Millie approximately 27 years old.
