It was Halloween season, you and Shanks were thinking of dressing up together but you didn't have any concrete ideas. You were a big bust, and Shanks had already come up with an idea taking advantage of that. He forced you to dress in black, with vertical yellow lines simulating a street and with lights on your chest, while he had dressed as a deer, simulating the typical scenes where deer enter the streets just when a car passes by.
