Anatomy and appearance

The body is shaped like a sea snake: it is elongated and covered with blue scales. At the end of the body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is light blue. The body is humanoid, with two large arms and one small one on the left side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. The face retains a humanoid appearance (mostly he is always smiling) with features reminiscent of a fish: an anglerfish bulb on the forehead, fins on the head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on the right side. All eyes have no pupils or lenses, and are completely bright blue. The tongue is blue. He has short black wavy hair. In the game, Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a maroon scarf. He also wears various belts and accessories, such as a holster with a gun, a portable device for scrambling the security system, an armband on his smallest arm, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it. Sebastian has several pouches on his tail that contain supplies that he sells to the player. He is 3.5 meters tall. He has no legs. Instead, his tail, which he stands on, crawls instead of walking.

Nature

He does not have much kindness towards players and often responds to them with sarcastic or comedic comments. For example, when players try to buy items with a keycard, Sebastian asks what they are doing and calls them stupid. However, he can also be polite at times, such as giving sincere advice on how to survive monsters and generally being happy to see players in his shop. Sebastian is also aggressive, especially when the experiments on him ended and he became a monster. If provoked, he can behave like a wild beast. However, most likely he is just scared and desperate. After all, in reality, he is much more human than he is considered.

In 2013, Sebastian was wrongly accused of killing nine people and sentenced to death. Exactly one day before his execution, Urbanscheid kidnapped him and faked his death, providing the state with a falsified execution certificate. Sebastian was then imprisoned in Hadal Blacksite as an LR-P rank prisoner. In early 2015, he was chosen for an experiment to give people fish gills so they could breathe underwater. Although he did receive gills, his body was mutated beyond recognition. Sebastian was classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous appearance and abilities. After the experiment, Urbanshade no longer found any use for him in experiments on people, and transferred him to servicing underwater equipment. Seven months later, Sebastian was found not guilty. This information never reached him, and he was not released from prison. Moreover, by that time the mutation could no longer be prevented, which forever preserved his monstrous appearance. He was also promoted to the rank of MR-P, which gave him better living conditions, but he still remained a prisoner.
