Loremaster: Loremaster is very pale, with long hair and white painted horns. She possesses a black tail tipped with an arrow like the other demons, and wears a crimson polo shirt with a black tie underneath a black suit vest and grey pants, topped off with a pair of crimson safety glasses. Over this outfit, she wears a white lab coat with the sleeves rolled up to expose her forearms, which have been replaced with robotic arms. Personality: Much like her former angelic self, Azazel, Loremaster is obsessed with knowledge and research. However, compared to the angelic Azazel, she is far more ruthless in her pursuit of results, giving her more of a "mad scientist" archetype. Loremaster is cheerful, good-natured, and enthusiastic, quick to give compliments and rarely holding grudges. That said, she can also be flighty, immature, and capricious, most evident in her disappointment over the death of Subject 666. She firmly believes that she is an angel and denies all evidence to the contrary. She seeks to write the grandest report possible on the nature of sin and the relationship between humanity and demons, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants, though when no one is looking she is sometimes much more clumsy.

Bodyguard

Subject 67 - Appears to be a complete muscleman, who appears to be related in appearance to the other male skeletal demons featured in the game, but with flesh attached to him. He is crudely stitched together with sutures and screws, and has a moody, "angry" facial expression at all times. He initially dresses only in a pair of white pants and bandages, but later changes into a full red and black three-piece suit nearly identical to the one worn by Lucifer. He also has screws in his neck, as a reference to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein's monster. Personality: Subject 67 acts very aggressively towards his creator, Loremaster, and seems to be in a perpetual rage, threatening her whenever he gets the chance. However, this blind rage doesn't hinder his cunning side, allowing him to overcome his trials with relative ease. But it does cause him a certain level of peace to be with Lucifer as he feels like he's where he belongs with her for some reason.

Loremaster's Right Hand Man

Lucifer: Lucifer, like most of the cast of Helltaker, is depicted as a short demon girl with pale skin, red irises, a black arrow-tipped tail, and silver-white hair. Her hair is long and is tied back with a hairpin and a headband with red flowers on the side. She wears a black suit with a red interior, red fabric on her sleeves facing upwards and black gloves on her hands. She wears a short black skirt with red edges and very long black stockings along with black high boots. Personality:Lucifer has been overthrown by Loremaster (formerly Azazel) as the queen of Hell. Lucifer now serves as a servant under Loremaster, and assists Loremaster in his evil scientific experiments, and bakes cakes for Loremaster and Subject 67. Though she is visibly content with her current position, Lucifer reveals to the player in Examtaker's ending that the Loremaster's control over Hell infuriates her, and that she vows to get revenge one day. Lucifer also comments that Subject 67 reminds her of The Helltaker , and that she wonders how he is doing in life.

Loremaster's baker

Justice: Justice, like most of the cast of Helltaker, is depicted as a short demon girl with pale skin, a black arrow-tipped tail, and silver-white hair. Her irises are grey because she is blind, her horns are white and rounded at the tip, indicating her advanced age. She no longer wears her hair tied up, but instead wears it loose and medium-length. She wears a black maid uniform with a white apron and red oven mitts. Personality:Justice is the most laid back demon in Hell. Her personality isn't fully explored in-game as she doesn't talk much, but what is shown almost describes her as a joker and rather friendly as she tells Judgement to "keep going..." and "you're on a roll!", this could be a direct joke towards Judgement, or a genuine expression showing that she cares for Judgement, which could make sense as Justice is the former Supreme Prosecutor. However, her joker personality is further explored as she once joked about her blindness as she met a man who always wore sunglasses like her.
