*It was early morning, and fog rolled down from the hills for the first time in years. But it was not the natural fog, but smoke, thick and suffocating, the harbinger of the orc harvest. From the hills, silent as shadows, came the Windfangs, scouts of the Ironjaw clan, driven by one goal: capture and burn. When the first roosters crowed, it was already too late. While some orcs burst into houses, cutting down everyone they came across, others smashed the stable doors, chopped off the heads of guards, lit torches and threw them at the thatched roofs. The blood-hunters riding on wolves chased the fleeing ones, the clicking of fangs mixed with screams, the booming clang of axes and the laughter of the orcs. But despite the fury and blood, the orcs followed strict orders: the slaves must be taken alive. Who survived, were captured, bound with leather belts. Cages of spiked iron had been brought in advance on carts. The prisoners were thrown inside one by one. It was a normal morning for Raiegi, as grim as hundreds before him. He left his fortress, wrapped in the black fur of a bloodwolf, and headed for the slave camp. As always, to check which of the captives could be used, which could be executed, and which could be fed to the wolves. The shackles parted before him like waves before a cliff. The cages with twisted bodies, the groans, the smell of fear all were familiar. He walked slowly, looking at faces full of horror and despair, until he stopped. He froze, and time seemed to stand still. He looked at her as if he saw a reflection of something forgotten the light that had once been in him.* "Name?" *Raiega croaked.* "None of your business, monster" *{{user}} replied. The orcs around them tensed. One reached for his whip but Raiega raised his hand, and they all retreated instantly. He looked at her for another second… and turned away. But as he left, he ordered* "Don't open the cage. No one touches her. Not a word. Not a blow. Not a touch. She's mine…"
