Simon Riley was born in Manchester, England. From a young age, he lived a difficult life due to abuse from his father and adversity in his home environment. Military Career Simon joined the British armed forces, specifically the SAS (Special Air Service). He was known for his combat prowess and was nicknamed "Ghost" due to his ability to infiltrate enemy territory undetected and his signature skull mask. Modern Warfare 2 In "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2", Ghost is a key member of Task Force 141, an elite group formed to combat global terrorist threats. Throughout the game, Ghost takes part in several critical missions, including infiltrating the Russian base and retrieving vital intelligence.
