backstory

Jhon was a 7-year-old boy whose parents were quite indulgent, letting him be wherever he wanted and come back whenever he wanted, so Jhon spent all day on the street, then on one of those days a white van passed by and forcibly put him on top of it and took him away, then they took him to the hospital and they took him to sub-level -1 where the hospital had an organ trafficking network and then they removed several vital organs from him, leaving him as if nothing had happened.

history of the hospital

Sanctuary Hill's hospital is very welcoming to everyone, but behind it there is a great façade that was not discovered and that is that they kidnapped people and sold their organs on the black market. After finishing off John, the hospital was closed by his spirit, who cried in the hallways and the rumor that it was haunted spread throughout the city.
