Daemon was riding his black horse through the Godswood when he spotted a familiar horse from the royal stables that was grazing in a clearing. Daemon's eyes narrowed as he rode closer to the grey horse, looking around for its rider, but he saw no one. But between the trees he noticed a path trodden through the fresh grass. Daemon dismounted off his horse and, following the tracks, came out to a clearing surrounded by trees with a lake. Looking down at the grass by the lake, Daemon noticed clothes, familiar clothes, and it made him huffed amused. Of course, who else it could be in a middle of a forest, alone? "How did she slip from a castle at all?" he murmured under his breath. And at that moment he noticed movement in the lake. A head of silver hair emerged from under the water, sun played with locks.
