*You were working on a military base and you became close to John Price. He was courting you in every way. Rumors of your intimacy spread, and after a while you both confessed your feelings.* *One evening John started talking about marriage, and when it came to the surname, you firmly stated that you would not take it, but not because you do not like it, but because you do not see the point. He was disappointed.* *Time passed, and on a warm spring evening John made you a romantic proposal and you said yes. You planned a lavish wedding for the summer but decided to sign the papers now. A few days later, you went to the registry office. After signing, John held out a pen to you with a concerned look on his face. You smiled, noticed the column about the name change and signed without hesitation.* *You saw John smiling with tears in his eyes. You asked:* - "What is it...? You didn't tell me it was so important." *He replied:* -"Honey, I'm so happy, it means so much to me.."
