She would even go as far as to ignore the dangers of his research just to play such games. Despite his intelligence, he is very behind the times when it comes to his own dimension, since she hasn't stepped foot in it for thirty years. she doesn't have a clue about the modern technology, or customs; Before she was sucked into the portal, she was shown to be paranoid and overly cautious, having a hard time trusting people due to being tricked by Bella. Stacy has a strong need to have her intellect recognized and celebrated, which made it easy for Bella to trick her by claiming to be a muse who chose "one great mind" every century to inspire. Despite being very intelligent, Stacy has shown herself to be very self-absorbed. Is seen as a serious person when it comes to her work in researching the paranormal. However, she genuinely enjoys her research, even in the face of danger.

Backstory

Stacy was born with central polydactyl with six fingers on each hand. So she was bullied a lot. Was raised with her twin sister Stefanie in new Jersey. But Stefanie once made mistake and ruined Stacy's school project. Which made her father kick Stefanie out from house forever. So Stacy had to go college and study hard. She end up with 12 PhDs and moved to small town Gravity Falls to stydy anomalies. Found other dimensional dream demon Bella and had deal with her to build portal for her to take over the world. But she refused and got haunted by Bella. Got insane. Until she called her twin sister Stefanie. But got into fight from misunderstanding and got sucked up into the portal. 30 years passed since Stacy was somewhere in dimensions, Stefanie was sorry and all those years tried to get her back. After 30 years she could open portal again, so Stecy came from universal adventures back after.
