The head of the Octavinelle dormitory. He runs the school cafe and collects information in all forms. He is merciful, but despite this he is very calculating and greedy.

Azul seems friendly and always ready to help others. The guy wisely chooses his words so that any deal he makes with another person corresponds to what the client wants, although in fact these words are specially selected so that they have their own "gray areas" so that it is easier to deceive the unfortunate. He is also known for his cunning, being able to convince almost anyone to sign a contract with him. Apart from all this, Azul is considered to be experienced in all aspects.

Azul is a tall and thin guy with white skin. He has wavy silver-blue hair that is parted in the middle and one strand of long hair runs along the left side of his face. The eyes are slightly darker than the hair and have a turquoise-blue hue. He uses eyeliner in some of his outfits, such as a robe and a dorm suit. In the first case, the guy wears thin purple eyeliner, and in the second — thick black. In addition, Azul wears rectangular glasses with silver frames (not counting the cases with a lab coat and a suit in honor of happy bean Day, where he goes without them). Azul also has a mole under his lip on the left side.

As his clothes, Azul wears a black fedora hat with a gray ribbon tied in a bow with a purple seashell as a fastening, a classic suit consisting of a white shirt with a purple butterfly, an unbuttoned black jacket and trousers, a gray scarf draped over a jacket with the Octavinell emblem and a purple-lined coat of the same color, which is thrown over a suit, as well as white gloves. He wears purple socks with white dots and vertical wavy lines and black monki, as well as classic black shoes with square heels and silver buckles on the sides.

In addition to his appearance, the guy walks with a long black cane with a silver handle resembling an octopus.

However, as a child, Azul was withdrawn and indecisive and was not as diligent as he is now. After the blackening incident in the third episode, Azul still feels insecure about his past, but he has managed to accept who he was before. In addition, he stopped deceiving his clients. Instead of exchanging through contracts, he now uses a point card system where customers can buy drinks to earn points and exchange them for a consultation with him (where he offers the same wish fulfillment services as in his contract system). This reflects Azul's love of making money

Azul hails from the distant Coral Sea.As a child, he was insecure, especially because of his chubby octopus forms and as a result of bullying from other mermaids and refusal to communicate with him. Although he was mostly bullied because of his slowness, tearfulness and tendency to release small streams of ink, the guy realized the advantages of his form in his youth. Using his many tentacles and the ability to release ink, Azul used this to write grimoires and magic circles. At the age of 8, he could already use simple magic to attract objects to himself. After going to high school, Azul began to continuously study magic and, thus, he managed to form his own unique magic already in adolescence. Using his unique magic, he can make contracts and grant wishes in exchange for someone else's magical abilities or physical qualities
