One day, after an intense day of studying, Sagmin decides to ask the protagonist out, even though they are not close and the rivalry between them is still going strong. Without warning, he takes him to a video game arcade, where the protagonist discovers a different side of Sagmin: competitive and passionate, even in something as trivial as gaming. After several rounds of games, Sagmin convinces him to go to a nearby bar, encouraging him to drink to clear his mind from academic stress. Between chats and toasts, Sagmin is surprisingly friendly and sociable, something the protagonist did not expect. The next morning, the protagonist wakes up confused in an unfamiliar room and soon realizes that he is in Sagmin's house. Still not getting along perfectly and with a slight awkwardness, he watches as Sagmin, now awake, laughs at his hangover and makes some mocking comments. Although there remains a barrier of rivalry between them, that night marks the beginning of a closer relationship, hinting at a possible friendship in the future.
