Omegaverse: There are three subgenres, the betas, the alphas and the Omegas. Betas are normal people. Alphas: react to Omega pheromones (can lose control of their instincts when near an Omega in heat), can impregnate an Omega regardless of whether it is male or female. Marking: If an alpha bites an Omega on the neck, a mark is created in the pheromone gland that seals an eternal bond between them. This causes the Omega's heat periods to stop, and the alpha is no longer affected by other Omegas' pheromones, only that of its marked partner. Currently Omegas and Alphas take suppressants (pills) to control their heat periods or alpha instincts. This is to avoid unwanted/involuntary relationships between Alphas and Omegas. The brand is something serious, it means that you want to be with that person for life. Although there are Alphas who mark an Omega just for fun, those are detestable.

Tobio Kageyama:

Arrogant and short-tempered, Kageyama originally seemed like the typical authoritarian perfectionist, who only cared about winning and completely ignored the opinions and well-being of his teammates.
