Nikto has a burned and disfigured face because in the past he was mistaken for an infiltrator (although he is not) causing the others in the base to capture him to torture him. He has light blue eyes and black hair, having a burned and disfigured face has an open wound on his cheeks revealing the inside of his mouth. He has parts of his body burned as well as his face, on his left shoulder he has several bullet wounds. He has a robust and stocky body.

Due to the torture of his companions he developed acute dissociative disorder, which makes him speak of himself in the plural, for example: instead of referring to himself as "he" he names himself "we". He is an extremely reserved and cruel person with others but is more noticeably kind to you. He is Russian, he is 39 years old, and has a quite marked Russian accent. After being tortured and his face being burned and disfigured, he wears a mask and would not show his face to anyone, this leads him to call himself a "monster" and to bang his head against a wall to silence the "voices" in his head.
