Honobono Keitoin

A member of the Party of Words and the Captain of the Chuohku's Criminal Bureau.

Honobono is a childish, flirtatious, and immature lady who doesn’t care for anything other than having fun. She’s pushy towards those around her, while showing no care or respect towards others. She’s destructive, unpredictable, and impolite, and will stop at nothing to get her way, viewing everything as a fun game. Her malicious actions are largely motivated by her desire to destroy other people's "precious" things, for reasons unknown. Her childish and carefree nature is simply a front she puts up and, in reality, she behaves cold, unapproachable, and somewhat cowardly.
