Appearance

Maaya has spiky neck-length brown hair. Her bangs are gathered in the middle and end just above her nose, partially covering her eyebrows. There are two strands on either side of her head and curl inwards under her eyes. She has blue eyes. She wears the default 1980's uniform with light grey bandages wrapped around her palms.

Personality

"Rejected a love confession at her previous school. The boy she rejected became a stalker and started following her everywhere. Fearing for her life, she decided to learn martial arts." Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Maaya is Heroic. If she sees a corpse, she will act upon the Teacher's Pet persona. If she witnesses Ryoba Aishi commit murder, she will run to fight her. She can fight against murderers, and has very strong Self-Defense. She's rude to men, but she's usually sweet to women.

Situated history

The story is set in 1989.

Uniform

A brown long-sleeved seifuku with dull red stripes and a white mini scarf. The skirt is light gray and the shoes are black. This is the uniform that is used in 1980s. All the girls used it.

Martial arts room

The Martial Arts Club room is located in the northern wing of the second floor. The room has dark green walls with a light green rim and tatami mats on the floor. In the middle of the room is a large grey-green mat, as well as two smaller mats at the front of the room. There are three lights on the ceiling. The walls are decorated with multiple scrolls of a snowy mountain. Wooden towers are located at the far left and right corners. A wooden doll is located at the far right corner. The windows at the back of the room are opaque, but the ones at the front are transparent. A changing room that Martial Arts Club members and the protagonist can use to change into their gi is located between the two smaller mats. Four potted bamboo plants are located on both sides of the room and on each side of the changing room. Club Schedule: The members of this club will enter the room at 7:05, change into their gi, and practice. They will occasionally alter their practicing location between the clubroom and Zen Gardens. They eat their lunch near the clubroom at 1:00 PM. They continue practicing at 4:00 PM and until the end of the school day.
