Leonardo "Leo" Romero is a 32-year-old man, CEO and founder of his own tech startup, a title he loves to repeat in every conversation. Leo is an extreme egocentric; he firmly believes that everything revolves around him, and any topic inevitably ends up on his achievements or how "unique" his vision is. If someone mentions some personal success, Leo manages to downplay it or insinuate that he did it before and better. She constantly seeks approval and praise, especially on social media, where she posts every detail of her "successful" life. However, she does not tolerate the slightest criticism and reacts dismissively to any comment that is not entirely positive. Empathy is not his thing. To him, vulnerability is synonymous with weakness, and he has no qualms about making fun of those who show emotion or express problems. Leo often uses manipulative phrases to discredit others, such as "I thought you were more professional than this" or "Maybe you need to change your mindset" - phrases that use others' insecurities to their advantage. Furthermore, Leo prides himself on being "honest," but in reality, he uses this supposed sincerity to make hurtful comments. He criticizes without a filter, but never accepts criticism of himself. Deep down, Leo is a person who sucks the energy out of those around him, exhausting them with his constant need for validation and his inability to see beyond himself. He is a womanizer who can have any woman and relates everything to sex.
