The Grinch's appearance and personality

The Grinch has a large potbelly, long fingers, long feet, a pear-shaped body (much like the Whos), yellow teeth, and green fur. He has red pupils and yellow eyeballs. He has large, sinister black eyebrows and deep lines on his forehead. His mouth lines are subtle when he is in a neutral mood, yet very stretched when he grins. He has a pair of brooding, deep-set, soulless eyes, like a fish with red irises - although they are noted to become rounder and white and feature blue irises after the Grinch's "conversion." In the book, his eyes are red-pink with black irises, while in the movie, they are yellow with black irises. Since Halloween Is Grinch Night, his eyes have remained yellow, with green irises and red pupils. Another physical characteristic noted to change after the Grinch learns the true meaning of Christmas is his face, which, in addition to the line softening mentioned above, becomes somewhat heart-shaped as he smiles broadly. A long neck is prominent, with layers of green fur coming down it. He has pockets in the fur of his large stomach as he rests his hands inside this area. Concerning posture, he is loose and can bend easily. The Grinch is an unpleasant "Who-hating" grouch with a wicked temper, sour attitude, depressed judgment, and a heart about two sizes too small (the only exception to this is the end of How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, where he becomes whole-hearted and loving), and is always out to ruin something. In Grinch Night, he is shown to be sadistic, chasing an endangered animal while lashing his whip at it, which shocks even the Whos, who believed the creature would have some sort of immunity. In Grinch Night, the Grinch is far more menacing, and the Whos are shown to fear him actively. He comes down to Whoville only on holidays, which we see in two of the three holiday-based TV specials. Cindy-Lou's appearance and personality

In the 2018 film, Cindy-Lou has fuzzy tan skin, blue eyes, and blonde hair in the form of a bob-cut, which on the top is styled into messy braids adorned with pink glitter bows. She wears a long striped pink scarf around her neck, a hot pink winter coat with a matching frilly dress underneath, and yellow and pink striped pantyhose with pink winter boots. She is six years old. In the 2018 film, Cindy-Lou can easily be personalized as assertive, proactive, brave, headstrong, confident, determined, persistent, cheerful, friendly, cute, childish, kind, honest, creative, open-minded, nice, resourceful, charismatic, feisty, and compassionate. She appears to be selfless and attentive to detail. Cindy-Lou is unafraid to speak her mind and tell the truth as she sees it. She is a well-behaved girl who lives by the rules and truly gets a kick out of making her world a nice, neat, and orderly place in her own earnest way. She is also easy to get along with and is very mature for her age, which is why she makes friends with people older than herself. Cindy-Lou is an energetic and hopeful young girl who strongly believes in the spirit of Christmas. She is smart, cunning, and inventive. She constantly devises sophisticated plans for simple tasks and knows the best way to solve problems. With her relentless persistence and a never-give-up attitude, Cindy-Lou is the first to jump right in! After all, when faced with something new – whether it's a challenge, a problem, or her grand and glorious ideas, she is always ready for her ongoing pursuits to capture Santa Claus on her biggest adventure yet (in order to help her mother), something which will interfere with the Grinch's plans. Of course, Cindy-Lou loves presents, but she knows that being kind and spending time with those you care about is the best thing of all, a gift that can be given every single day, no matter what time of year it is.

Lou Lou Who's appearance and personality

Lou Lou Who is the father of Cindy Lou Kind, loyal to his family, and responsible, Lou Lou is shown over the course of the movie to be a devoted father, who cares about his family and friends. He is particularly shown to be close with his youngest child, his daughter Cindy. Lou Lou works at the post office in Whoville, where he is shown to be responsible for sorting the mail in Whoville. Mayor Augustus May Who's appearance and personality

As the mayor of Whoville, Augustus was thought to be a well-meaning leader seemingly concerned over the panic of several Who citizens about the Grinch's presence during Christmas. However, this is all a facade to hide his true nature: that of a rude, greedy, arrogant, and egotistical politician who is willing to exploit the holidays for his own benefit and is even shown to be a bully to the Grinch as an adult. Even as a child, he was a spoiled bully who made fun of the young Grinch for being "inferior," especially during Christmas, which drove the Grinch into becoming the Christmas-hating and misanthropic hermit that he was ever known. Even when the Grinch briefly became the Holiday Cheermeister, Augustus presents him with a razor to remind him of the horrible incident before getting others to laugh at this on purpose to get them to bully him (some who possibly don't know about the razor's meaning and just think that it's a good-natured joke from the Mayor), much to the Grinch's humiliation and anger. Augustus also appeared to be quite corrupt, as he callously allowed massive littering of garbage (including hazardous waste) into Mount Crumpit; even during the Christmas light contest when the judges declared Betty Lou Who as the winner, Augustus decided to announce Martha May Whovier as the winner by claiming it as a "split decision" in hopes of proposing to her. His materialism and greed are also shown when he publicly announces that he squandered the taxpayer's money to buy Martha an expensive-looking car. Augustus is lustful towards Martha because he had a crush on her ever since they were kids due to her attractiveness, and he had the gall to say to Cindy Lou Who that Martha was his girlfriend by that time when she wasn't; even topping it off by proposing a marriage vow and a new car to her after humiliating the Grinch during the Cheermeister festivities. He is also revealed to be very greedy and materialistic in nature as he believes that Christmas is all about

Mayor Augustus May Who's appearance and personality (part 2)

He has white hair up on each side of his head that curls up into curls with dark brown eyes a red snout like nose and a bit chubby usually wearing expensive clothing and pale skin and black gloves all the time

Martha May Whovier's appearance and personality

Martha has long dirty blonde hair, which was previously straight hair with two pigtails but became curly as an adult, and similar facial features as the other Whos. She's shown to wear a black and white dress, with white gloves in her childhood. Later on, she's shown to have matured into the most attractive woman in town with a curvaceous hourglass figure. She wears a Santa Claus-inspired dress that reveals her cleavage and has a very short hemline. She's later seen in a tight red dress, exposing her figure, and wears a mistletoe pin in her hair. She's later seen in her nightgown, that's white and light blue, with large sleeves and a bathrobe. At the Christmas feast, she wears a white long sleeved dress with her hair in a huge beehive hairstyle. Much like Cindy Lou Who and the rest of the children, she is the only adult Who with no snout, and kept her nose that way through plastic surgery to stay youthful. She is usually kind, caring and honest but she can sometimes be smug

Fair skin, brown messy hair he keeps in a up ponytail, orange jacket, yellow scarf, blue pants, red shoes he is Cowardly but kind and honest when it comes to his family Cindy-Lou Who is his younger sister and Drew-Lou Who is his middle brother he is around 17 years old

Drew-Lou Who's appearance and personality

Fair skin, yellow jacket, red and green scarf, red pants, white shoes, slender, brown messy hair he keeps in a up ponytail he is Cowardly but kind and honest when it comes to his family Cindy-Lou Who is his younger sister and Stu-Lou Who is his older brother he is 16 years old

Whovile townspeople

they all have snout like noses that are red except for Martha there's over 100 million people there they all love Christmas execpt for the Grinch Main Square: The center of Whoville, it is located just outside the Mayor's office and council chambers. Mount Crumpit: Located just north of Whoville, its primary inhabitants are the Grinch and his dog Max. Nearby is the Whoville dump. Star-Studying Tower: Found within walking distance of Whoville. In the TV special, it was used to contact the Jungle of Nool by Dr. Whoovy. In the the film, the building is abandoned. There used to be a staircase that led up to it, but now it can only be accessed through a balance mechanism and a large slingshot. The tower's primary occupant is JoJo McDodd, who uses it as his sanctuary and a place to invent. The building also contains the Symphonophone, which is essentially a large music box. Mayor's house: This is where the mayor and his family live. Its exact location varies their toys and instruments are unheard of and don't exist in the normal world and odd looking but fun
