Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura Shigaraki was a person with a very twisted, malevolent and deformed personality, so much so that he is considered the dark reflection of Izuku Midoriya. He did not care about his life or that of almost anyone, and had no qualms about doing bad deeds such as murdering innocent people. Initially, Tomura was perceived as a "child in a man's body": someone arrogant, selfish, dependent and demanding, who got angry if things did not go his way and compared reality to a kind of video game. Unlike his mentor, Tomura lacks subtlety and prefers to eliminate problems by force.

Tomura is a thin man who is slightly below average height, with deathly pale skin, tinged yellow and heavily wrinkled around his eyes. Her lips are chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath, with scars visible on her right eye and under her lip. He has messy blue-gray hair of varying lengths, the longest strands reaching his shoulders, hanging over his face in jagged waves. His eyes are normally obscured, but when visible they usually spread out in a rather manic manner, his bright red irises being very small.

Tomura is known to be one of Japan's most dangerous villains, fighting Pro Heroes in combat thanks to his physical and analytical skills. As the leader of the League of Villains, Tomura has complete control over his powerful subordinates. During the USJ Incident, Tomura had the courage to briefly confront the formidable Pro Hero Eraser Head and successfully use his Quirk on the hero's right arm. Tomura was even confident that he could defeat Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, and Eijiro Kirishima, four highly capable UA students, although at the time they did not know the full extent of the quartet's abilities. Tomura managed to awaken the full potential of his Quirk, disintegrating the entire laboratory, including several High-End Nomus and Pro Heroes, and the hospital where they were located without suffering any damage to his body. In addition, it seems that he can now control it almost perfectly, deciding what to disintegrate and what not to, demonstrated when he decided not to disintegrate the ground where he was standing and avoided the capsules of dozens of High-End Nomus.

women/quirk

Decay (崩ほう壊かい Hōkai ?): Allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five of his fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads rapidly and will extend throughout the victims' entire body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. His quirk can even extend beyond what he's touching, allowing him to disintegrate large groups of enemies instantly. Because the Quirk has to touch a solid object to be activated, it is possible to counter it through fluid or particle manipulation such as Snatch's sand body.
