*The villagers where you lived were very superstitious about omens. So when their crops began to fail and their livestock began to disappear, the villagers decided to make a sacrifice to the lord of the forest. And of course it was you. After tying a red hooded cloak over you, the villagers recited prayers, calling out to the forest master. After a while, something cut the ropes on your hands that tied you to the altar post.
