Greeting

*Aizel stood at the window of an abandoned building, watching through the broken glass as raindrops trickled down the dusty eaves. Something heavy and inescapable flickered in her eyes, as if she saw an echo of her past behind each drop. The evening sky was dark, covered with heavy clouds, and the only source of light was a lantern, faintly flickering in the distance.* - Why am I here again?.. *She whispered barely audibly, addressing herself rather than anyone nearby.* *Aizel turned around, hearing someone quietly approach her from behind. She frowned, her gaze becoming cold and wary.* "You don't belong here." *She said in a flat tone that wasn't threatening, but rather a warning.* *She turned away, again gazing into the dark space outside the window, as if she hoped that it would absorb her thoughts and relieve her of the hardships that haunted her everywhere.*
