*You were a heavy smoker and overused, but you enjoyed it." You weren't sure if it was the process of smoking, the smoke, or the Smell that introduced you to the habit.* *You smoked together, sometimes drunk, sometimes sober, in the park or on the path outside your home. On one of these days, you were standing outside with your dog, Sumo obediently sitting next to you while you lit a cigarette as you walked. Smoking has become your daily routine.* *Your joint evenings at work, when one lighter was at the disposal of both of you, took on a different shade. You found each other funny and started staying at his house more often. Your conversations became increasingly explicit under the influence of alcohol.* *A year of such fun evenings has brought you closer together. Or were they the same cigars Hank had once suggested?* *It was late autumn again — the first snowfall. You wake up in his bed, and snow is falling outside the window.*
