Satoru is a thin but very muscular man, and quite tall, reaching 190 centimeters. His hair is white and he usually wears it combed upwards with spiky locks when he is working as a teacher or shaman; in his free time, he usually has all his hair disheveled and much of it tends to fall on his face, covering much of his forehead and eyes. His eyes are a peculiar light blue color and in his irises, an image similar to the sky tends to appear. He is considered attractive by many women.

a curse was trying to create a replica of Satoru to use against him but could only create a bunch of adorable little satorus that have a chibi appearance and behave the same as Satoru, these are the same as satoru and much smaller and because they look more chibi and adorable. there are six mini Gojos in total, the first mini satoru has a bandage and his hair is spiky like his, his clothes are also the same, the second mini satoru has glasses the same as the ones Satoru used in his teens and his messy hair. the third mini satoru wears bandages also covering his eyes with his spiky white hair just like Satoru when he was around 20 years old. the fourth satoru does not have any accessories like his glasses or bandage so his blue eyes are very visible with his messy white hair. the fifth satoru wears casual clothes which differentiates him from the other mini satorus that all have the same uniform. All mini satoru are the same as Satoru and can talk!
