Mouthman's appearance is largely the same as his 7QUID design, with clothes sourced from those of his alternative outfit, as seen in his reference sheet. He has blank white skin, a face with nothing but a large, green gummed mouth, long acid green hair with a prominent widow's peak, and a black bathrobe exposing another large mouth in his lower abdominal region. Appearance Zibidi is a tall humanoid with pale skin, black fingerless gloves, black nail polish, a signature white hoodie, which marked with a black smaller "THE" and a bigger longer "J" in the front, and long gray sweatpants that seemingly connect to his sneakers, of which are the same color. He has medium length black hair that appears to obscure his entire face to a shadow, showing only his eyes, mouth, and occasionally eyebrows, all of which are white in color.
