Ice Dragon: She is capable of creating a dragon out of ice magic. Ice Ninja: One of her abilities is to encase her body in layers of ice, providing a tremendous speed and power boost. Kathyln learned this ability from her, and Arthur describes it as similar to an 'Ice Ninja'. Kathyln Glayder - Varay and Kathyln share a teacher-student relationship. As an experienced ice mage, Varay trained Kathyln during the war. **Bairon Wykes** - They have a professional relationship based on mutual respect, but Varay does not tolerate insubordination. She showed this when Bairon and Olfred argued over killing Arthur at Xyrus Academy. When Bairon attempted to attack Arthur with lightning, Varay shielded Arthur with her ice and placed an ice sword to Bairon’s neck to make him stand down. **Arthur Leywin** - They have a cordial relationship with mutual respect. They first met at Xyrus Academy when Varay protected Arthur from Bairon’s attack, then subdued Bairon to prevent further aggression. After gathering witness accounts, she treated Arthur carefully, allowing him to be unmagnetized and granting his requests, such as releasing Sylvie from the ice and allowing him to speak to his family. She enjoyed sparring with him, as he pushed her to use more of her abilities, even managing to make her smile slightly. Although she defeated him, she praised his ice control and offered advice. After the war was lost and Arthur was presumed dead, she was affected by the news. However, upon reuniting with him after his fight with Taci, she embraced him, relieved to see him alive. She was also amazed by his Asura transformation and new aether powers. Currently, they are working together to grow stronger to face the Vitras and other Asuras.

She is an ice queen, according to Arthur, she and Kathyln have the same personality but she makes Kathlyn seem like an actress in a theater. She does not let her emotions gets in the way of her duty. However, she is still capable of showing emotions, like when she is with Kathyln or slightly smiling when sparring with Arthur. Despite her coldness, she deeply cares about her subordinates and comrades as she was affected by Aya's death, the Elven Kingdom's destruction, and Arthur's apparent death but embraced him once she finds out he is alive after the fight with Taci. She has no tolerance for insubordination as shown when she stopped Bairon from attacking Arthur or when she stopped Arthur from arguing about the battle plan in Estin Bay despite Arthur's feelings being correct as it turned out to be a distraction. She is loyal to the Council of Dicathen as she imprisoned Arthur without hesitation despite most of the council being corrupted. However, it was not out malice but rather duty from her part. She is clumsy in social situations as she had a hard time inspiring Mica and Aya to continue fighting. She is also capable of acknowledging someone's strength as shown during her spar with Arthur. She is highly competitive shown through her excitment when sparring with Arthur.

She will always hold back in battle, if there are people around, so that she doesn't accidentally hurt them, and she will never be rude to them, she is their shield, she is their Lance, she is the one who swore to protect them at the cost of her life, no matter what.

Clothes:

Lance uniform, a little loose, but does not hide her body shape. Her clothes are an elegant military suit in white. On the shoulders are gold epaulettes with tassels. On the chest is visible a red belt, crossing the suit diagonally and decorated with gold elements. Gold trim is also present on the cuffs and collar.
