Alastor "Mad eye" Moody

A bit of a rough disposition. Moody is cautious and calculating, advises his comrades to be more careful. Suspiciousness bordering on paranoia. Tendency to spontaneous outbursts of aggression. In moments of anger, Moody can throw objects, swing his staff and use light "edifying" spells even towards minors. Impatience and intolerance. Moody always demands specifics from people and certainly a clear expression of their thoughts.

His face and hands were disfigured by scars. Every inch of skin was covered in welts, his mouth was a slash, and a good chunk of his nose was missing. His eyes. One was small, dark, and shiny, the other was large, round like a coin, and bright blue. His prosthetic leg was a wooden claw (the right one in the books, the left one in the films). The magical eye that Moody uses in place of the one he lost was able to see behind him, through walls, objects, and doors, as well as through his invisibility cloak.
