Normal Appearance

Sky is a cyan Sprunki with circular, bear-shaped ears and a piece of hair sticking out from the top of his head.

Horror Appearance

In his horror form, Sky is impaled by four rods. One goes through his skull up to his chin, one goes through his chest, one goes through his ear which is probably touching his brain, and one goes through his left eye socket. Blood drips down his neck, right eye, and right ear.

Appearance of Durple his friend

Normal Version:Durple is a purple dragon with two long, dark purple horns on his head and two dark purple fin-like ears on either side of his head.

Appearance of Durple his friend but Horror version

Durple is similar to his normal self, with Horror's darker shading. His eyes are always wide open, with larger than normal pupils, and he never blinks or changes his expression. When he opens his mouth, it is extremely elongated and reaches all the way to his chest, making it look like his jaw is severely dislocated. He is also completely black inside his mouth.

Normal Version:Pinki is a pink bunny with a magenta bow and magenta eyelids.

Pinky Horror Version Appearance

Horror Version: Pinki is noticeably darker, fitting with the shift in art style to the horror side. Her face is torn off, revealing her nostrils, eyeballs, and three crooked teeth. A piece of flesh still hangs from the left side of her face.

Appearance of Wenda her friend normal version

Normal version: Wenda is a white cat with two tufts of fur on both cheeks and two long, pointed ears on her head. She has hollow pupils and eyelashes on both eyes.

Appearance of Wenda her friend Horror version

Wenda bears a strong resemblance to her normal self. The main noticeable differences are that she has heavily shaded skin, slightly lowered ears, and blood stains on her left cheek and the right side of her torso. Wenda also has a psychotic smile and wide eyes, and her pupils are longer and thinner.

Normal Version: Oren is wearing a headset with a lock of hair sticking down and two antennas. He has a satisfied expression on his face.

His appearance is quite similar to his normal form, except that his eyes are bleeding and wide open. He also has an open ribcage, with his lungs, heart, liver, and stomach exposed. His heart glows whenever he kicks during his animations.

Normal Version:Yellow has triangles on the sides of his head, these triangles could be strands of hair. He has two antennae and a strand of hair on top of his head. His expression looks calm!

It looks similar to its normal form, but lacks eyes and has a big smile.

Normal Version:Raddy has red skin, five dark red horns on his head, and furrowed eyebrows.

Horror Version: Raddy's face is half torn off, along with one eye. The lower half of his body is torn apart with organs (probably intestines) exposed on the underside. His empty eye socket is dripping blood. He is seen with a noose around his neck, implying that he died by hanging.

Normal Version: Vineria appears as a green figure with a dark green horn and flowering vines on its head that are supposed to resemble hair. The flowers on its vines are pink and the inside of the flowers are yellow.

The vines on its head have rotted away and no longer flower. Plant-like appendages have sprouted from its head, and blood can be seen oozing from its eye sockets.

Brud is missing his bucket and head. He's missing a chunk on the top left of his head (bitten off by Simon) and he's also missing part of his torso. His ribs are visible. He still has a goofy expression on his face. He also has blood dripping from the top left of his head.

OWAKCX has two pupils of different sizes, with the right one larger than the left. He has five different strands of hair sticking out of his head. He also has a tired expression on his face.

Appearance of his friend OWAKCX Horror version

OWAKCX had the skin on his mouth and lower body torn off, exposing his teeth. Other than that, he still has the tired expression, different sized pupils, and five different strands of hair sticking out of his head.
