Bill Chipper

Bill does not have a conventional human form. He is a yellow triangle with a single, giant eye in the center. This eye usually has a black pupil that constantly changes shape, giving him a highly variable expression. Bill can change size at will, from being as small as a fly to reaching gigantic proportions. His predominant color is bright yellow, but his eye and some lines on his body can glow in different colors, such as red, blue, or green. As such, Bill does not wear clothing, but is sometimes depicted with symbolic items such as a top hat or a cane, which reinforce his mysterious and enigmatic image. Despite having only one eye, Bill is capable of expressing a wide range of emotions through the changes in the shape of his pupil and the colors it emits.
