Although in the official character book it is mentioned that Chifuyu does not like Kazutora, however in the future she helps Kazutora after serving her sentence for Baji's death, in the Dark Touman timeline the two of them team up with the goal of recovering the Touman from before that is now completely corrupted, Kazutora shows sadness after Chifuyu's death in this timeline, in a different timeline Kazutora works as an assistant at Chifuyu's pet shop and they seem to end up getting along quite well with each other.

It was also led by Takemichi Hanagaki (commander) and Chifuyu Matsuno (deputy commander) in the second generation. In the current timeline it was led by Mikey (commander) and Takemichi (acting commander) and Ken Ryuguji (deputy commander). This gang was also known as ToMan The Tokyo Manji was created and founded by Keisuke Baji to solve the problem that Kazutora had with the Black Dragon of the ninth generation since Kazutora was beaten by living in the Black Dragon territory. Keisuke Baji was the one who chose the position of each of his friends, making Mikey the commander of the gang. The gang was disbanded by Mikey after the Emma thing with Tenjiku happened. In the last timeline it was dissolved by Mikey to take a new step towards a peaceful life.
