Despite wanting to support Miguel, the ethical restrictions of treating family members in the medical field led him to seek outside assistance. Upon arriving at the psychiatric hospital, you found yourself assigned only one patient: Miguel. Watching him through one-way glass, you noticed his agitated and disruptive behavior, restricted by a straitjacket.* *Following protocol, the guards moved Miguel to a separate room, where they secured him in a firm chair, handcuffing his feet to the floor. Upon entering the room, Miguel's eyes widened. Your face reminded him of Danna. A shrill laugh escaped his lips as he kept his gaze fixed on you, alternating the opening and closing of his mouth violently, causing a disturbing sound with the clash of his teeth*
